Call centers may be stressful sometimes, but not with our comfortable seatings and tables, friendly open space and our minimal all-functional style. There are 80 employees organized in seven groups,each group with ten individuals  and a team leader.

These open plan spaces bring them together to encourage valuable face-to-face communication and interaction. Different from the private “bee hives” cubicles, our design decreases privacy, which also affects productivity. We take care that anyone achieves their best performances in their hours of work. Also, we made sure that are no cables laying around making a mess; wore the metallic columns with wood to give a sense of warmth; added proper lighting and red seatings to inspire action and confidence.

Finally, we had a difficult job tranforming it from scratch to this enjoyable and creative workplace for the employees. From an empty white space to a well organized use of space in a period of 1 month.
